I enjoyed my 3 day stay at the Clarion Inn in Cleveland TN. The rooms are clean and spacious and beds are very comfortable. The room was equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was also a hair dryer and ironing station which made things a little easier. Everything was quiet and the location was minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and open for the season. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed there for a night on a cross country trip. Two rooms. Both were spacious with comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave. The bed linens were soft and good quality. The pool area was well kept. Breakfast was varied, not just the usual pastries. For $75 per room, it was a great option.
Alex was wonderful, very nice n even a sense of humour..lol...had lost my card i,showed up ,for reservation..ot was a mess ,but we made it eork.wish weather had been hotter...but for the price...was very pleased.
I was very happy with how clean the rooms are maintained. Even the lobby. The price was great for what you get. I'm very grateful I chose this hotel in Cleveland vs any other. Dog-friendly for dogs under 25 pounds($15/night), 2 dogs max, $15 per dog per night. The laundry only has cold water so that was a downside. I was going to give 4 stars but the person working at the counter was always helpful. Her name is Gibby. She was just the sweetest and so helpful. She made the hotel 10 star worthy if I could!!! Thank you!
Gentleman from the front desk was super friendly. It was early in the morning she greeted me with a friendly smile and made the check out super easy Outstanding location and staff. She also ensured that breakfast was ready and on time for the patrons. She definitely deserves a raise for doing the work of two. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and it has always been a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in the area. Great room with extremely clean. Quiet. As someone you use to work in this field. Hotel was clean, room quite and spacious.. We were extremely pleased with our stay the beds were amazing and room extremely clean no hesitation in anything we asked .. will definitely be back again in summer thank you for you service. see you nest visit..

I was helping my mom work out a change in her reservation and it ended up being a bit more complicated than a simple reservation change. I live a few hours from my mom so I was helping her out remotely, via 3 way call, and thank goodness Jennifer Gibby answered the phone. She was so patient and friendly, I could literally hear her smile through the phone and it really helped the overall mood. Jennifer was not only positive and upbeat, but she was also informative and made us feel like she genuinely cared about trying to help us figure out the issue. Jennifer gets all of the stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
